Mothers and Children Multi-sectoral Development Organization (MCMDO) is an indigenous non-governmental and non-profit organization established in 1997 and re-registered under the Civil Societies Organization (CSO) Proclamation No. 1113/2019 with certificate number 0022.
Currently, MCMDO has been is implementing the project titled “Integrated multi-sector lifesaving support to contested areas in may Tsebri towen and laelay Tselemti/Dima weredas CBPF-ETH 24 R-NGO-34285 within support of EHF One of the major Activity of the project is procurement and distribution of wash NFI as listed out below

Eligibility Requirements:
MCMDO considers tenderers as eligible suppliers when they fulfil the Following requirements;
- The bidders should Share Our Mission and Vision – Bidders must demonstrate a clear understanding of and alignment with our organization’s mission and vision. – This can be expressed through a brief statement in the proposal outlining how their values, operations, or goals support our charitable objectives.
- Contribution from Total Sales Bidders must specify the percentage of total sales revenue they will contribute to our organization. – This contribution will directly support our charitable programs and initiatives.
- Please include: – The proposed percentage
The supplier must be locally registered with a renewed Certificate of Competency as a vendor by a mandated government body. The supplier should have a renewed Trade License for the current year.
The supplier must provide a VAT registration certificate, Taxpayer Identification Certificate (TIN), and a Tax clearance certificate stating the bidder is eligible to participate in any public tender and valid at least until the bid submission deadline.
Bidders shall furnish bid security in the form of CPO with an amount of 2% of their bid offer in the name of Mothers and Children Multi-sectoral Development Organization (MCMDO). The bid security must remain valid for a minimum period of 1/ one/month from the bid submit ion deadline. The CPO must be attached to the original financial document.
Bidders shall be sure to state a complete set of price listing per described specification and unit should be mentioned for each type and be submitted in sealed envelope.

Tenders submit their bide documents to MCMDO head office yeka sub city in-front of British Embassy beside yeka Global school.
Supply Delivery:
Bidders must agree and be ready to deliver the supplies within 5-10 days.
Bid Closing and Opening:
The bid will close after 5 consecutive working days following the day of the advertisement in the newspaper.
The bid will be opened on the date 29/10/2025 at 4: am local time in front of the bidders or their legal representatives.
