Invitation for External Audit

Sure Base Charity, (SBC) is a local Organization established in 2005 and Re- registered under the new Civil Society organization (CSO) proclamation 1113/2019, Would like to invite qualified and registered audit firms to Submit their technical and financial proposal to audit the organization’s account for the Year January 1st, 1st 2025 to December 31st,2025.

Requirements:

• The audit firm should be registered with the Accounting and Audit Board of Ethiopia (AABE)
• The audit firm should submit a completed company profile and finance and technical proposal.
• Trade License (Renewed for the current year)
• Certificate of competence from Federal Auditors Office
• Audit fee to charged clearly by indicating with or without VAT.
• The bidders are required to submit tentative date of starting the audit and the definite date of the completion time of the audit work.
• List of staff that will be deployed in the audit with their qualification
• Should have experience in audit of IPSAS based financial statements or engaged on conversion of IPSAS or IFRS.
