Invitation to Bid (ITB)
Supply of Goods for Medical Equipment and Spare parts for Medical Equipment Procurement Reference No.: ITB/ ETH/ 2025/EPR/003

The World Health Organization, Ethiopia (hereinafter referred to as WHO) is seeks a reputable Supplier(s) and/or Bidder(s) with proven track record of relevant experience to Supply Medical Equipment and Spare parts for Medical Equipment.

Therefore, with this procurement notice, all legally established Suppliers/Bidders are kindly invited to submit bid proposals for the supply spare parts of medical supplies.

Interested suppliers/bidders for the captioned goods can send an email to afwcoettenders@who.int  to get the detailed ITB solicitation documents and accompanying documents.

Both Technical and Financial Proposals shall be submitted in sealed envelope on and before Monday November 10th, 2025, at 4:00 PM in the Afternoon Addis Ababa in the following address.

Interested Bidders Proposals must be expressed in English and shall be valid for a minimum period of 180 days. It shall remain your responsibility to ensure that your proposal reaches the address above on or before the deadline. Proposals that are received by WHO after the deadline shall not be considered for evaluation. For any clarification, you may forward your request to: afwcoettenders@who.int 

WHO reserves the right to reject any or all bids.

Kindly note the UNECA Security rules requires ‘advance notice’ to be given get pass for visitors. Therefore, please provide the full name of the person who will be submitting the offer and proposed date of arrival.
