INVITATION FOR BID (IFB)

Tender for External Fence, Cafeteria, Kitchen and Dining area maintenance Construction of the Wolaita Soddo School for the Blind Project Location: South Ethiopia Regional State, Wolaita Sodd. Issuance Date: October 23 2025

The Ethiopian National Association of the Blind (ENAB) invites qualified and eligible contractors to submit sealed bids for the construction of an external fence, Cafeteria, dining room and kitchen of the Wolaita Soddo School for the Blind.

Bid Document Purchase: Interested contractors may obtain the bid document from ENAB’s Head Office in Addis Ababa upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 1,500 ETB. Payment should be made to the following account, and the deposit slip must be presented:

Eligibility Criteria:

Only contractors registered under Category/Grade 8 and above in Building or General Construction, as classified by the Ministry of Urban and Infrastructure, are eligible to participate.

Submission Instructions: Both technical and financial proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the following address:

Ethiopian National Association of the Blind (ENAB), Head Office, 6 Kilo, Behind Yekatit 12 Hospital, House No. 651 Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

Deadline for submission: October 29, 2025, at 11:00 AM or (5:00 Local Time) Late submissions will not be accepted.

Important Notes: Bidders must visit the Project site before summiting their bid and Bring confirmation letter from the school. ENAB reserves the right to cancel the tender process in whole or in part without providing justification.
