INVITATION FOR BID (IFB)

NATIONAL COMPETITIVE BIDDINGS (NCB)

IFB Title: Supply and delivery of Smart phones and tablet for piloting FPC digitization in selected FPACS

1. The Agricultural Transformation Institute of Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has funds, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this fund to payments under the Contract for the provision of Goods.

2. The Agricultural Transformation Institute invites eligible and qualified bidders to submit sealed technical and financial proposals for the Supply and delivery of Smart phones and tablet for piloting – FPC digitization in selected FPACS.

3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with open tendering procedures contained in the Public Procurement Proclamation of the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. Bidding is open to all Bidders from eligible source countries.

4. Interested parties wishing to obtain a complete set of bidding documents in English may submit a written application to the address indicated below. A non-refundable payment of ETB 200 (Two Hundred Ethiopian Birr) is required and must be deposited into Account No. 1000517806424 at the Commercial Bank of Ethiopia, held in the name of our organization. Upon submission of the application, bidders are required to provide a hard copy of the deposit slip in order to receive the bidding documents.

5. Bidders are required to submit copies of the following valid and up-to-date documents: a renewed Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, Tax Clearance Certificate, TIN Certificate, eGP Supplier Registration Certificate, and a manufacturer authorization letter.

6. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:30 AM to 11:30PM and 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM local time.

7. Bids must be delivered to the above office on or before 2:00pm on November 10, 2025, and must be accompanied by a bid security of Birr 400,000.00 (Four Hundred Thousand birr only). Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend, 2:30PM at ATI, 4th floor meeting hall.

8. The purchaser reserves the right to cancel any or all bids.
