Invitation to Bid

The Ethiopian Evangelical Church Mekane Yesus Development and Social Services Commission (EECMY-DASSC) is issuing this bid for the different types of NFI (Emergency Kit, Bedding Set, Kitchen Sanitary/Hygiene Set) procurement for, Humanitarian Interventions Program in EECMY-DASSC WE-AO Western Wollega, Mene Sibu Compassion project, Oromia Regional State

The commission (EECMY-DASSC) invites reputable, reliable and licensed suppliers to the bid in line with the following conditions and specifications.

1. Interested and eligible bidders can obtain further detail information’s directly from the EECMY DASSC-HO at the address given below during office hours within the indicated dates.
2.  For any Interested bidder the bid announcement is opened up to November 4/2025 4:30 PM from the date of the announcement in the newspaper at the address given below.
3. A complete set of the bid documents may be purchased by any interested and eligible bidder on the submission of a written application to the above mentioned office up on payment of Non-Refundable Birr Eight Hundred (800.00)
4. Interested Bidders are requested to deliver Wax sealed bid documents original and copy of Technical and Financial proposal separately to EECMY-DASSC Head Office, in its Office building at Amist Kilo within eleven (11) consecutive days from the announcement of this bid in the newspaper.
5. Bids shall be valid for a period of thirty (30) days after Bid opening. Bids must be accompanied by bid bond of Birr Ten Thousand (10,000.00) in the form of Cashier’s. Payment Order (CPO) and shall be marked payable to EECMY-DASSC and issued by eligible Ethiopian Bank
6. Bidders must attach valid business/trade license, VAT registration, supplier data Registration certificate for the current year, Tax clearance, good performance evidence and past work experience in related field.
7. Bids shall be closed on November 4/ 2025 at 4:00 PM and will be opened on November 5/2025 at 2:00 PM, EECMY-DASSC Head office Meeting Hall in the presence of the bidders/duly authorized representatives who wish to attend

The commission, (EECMY-DASSC) reserves the right to partially or as whole to change or cancel the bid.
