The Somali Regional State Degahbur City Administration funds from the capital regular budget from the government Treasury thus, for the construction of the following listed below.

1. Degahbur City Administration Finance Office now invites sealed bids from qualified and eligible bidders for the construction Projects

2. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding procedures specified in the government procurement Guideline. Interested Bidders should fulfill the following requirements.

This invitation is for all contractors of GC-2 and above

• Trade license on construction service license valid for the year 2018 E.C Competence certificate valid for the year 2018 E.C from Ministry of urban development and construction
• VAT registration certificate
• Clearance from inland revenue administration valid with the bid process time Registration certificate in the suppliers list under public procurement and property administration agency valid for the year 2018 E.C

3. Interested bidders on the submission of a written application to Degahbur City Administration Finance Office a complete set of bidding documents and up on the payment of a nonrefundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 1,000 (One thousand Birr) starting from the date of bid announcement on newspaper. At the following address: – Degahbur City Administration Finance office within mayor office in-front of Darasalam Hotel

4. Bids shall be valid for a period of ninety (90) days after bid opening and must be accompanied by the amount of the bid security in of 590.000, 200,000 and 170,000 Respectively which is valid 90 calendar days starting from the bid opening date. The bid security shall be payable on demand to the employer and must be payment order (CPO) or unconditional bank guarantee. Late bids will be rejected. The sealed envelopes containing one original and one copy of financial and technical offer documents along with the bid security as indicate in the bidding document.

5. Bids must be delivered to the address Degahbur City Administration Finance office on or before 10:30 AM (4:30 AM local time) on 21 continuous days beginning from the date of bid announcement on the newspaper. If the bid closing or opening date is on holiday, closing or opening of the bid will be the next working day at the same time and the same venue. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bid submission will be rejected. Bids must be opened in the presence of bidder’s representative, who chooses to attend in person at Degahbur City Administration Finance office 10:30 AM (4:30 AM local time)

7. Degahbur City Administration Finance office reserves the right to reject the bid fully or partially.
