INVITATION TO BID FOR EXTERNAL AUDIT SERVICE

Deshet Education and Training Service Share Company established on 1^st July 2022 as per the 2021 Ethiopian Commercial Code having a legal personality registered with the FDRE Ministry of Trade and Regional Integration under principal registration number MT/AA/2/005304/2014 proclamation No. 980/2008. Deshet aspires to become a competitive share company in providing quality education, training and consultancy services to be able to produce competent and ethical citizens who love their Creator, human, and their country.

Deshet currently seeks to appoint an independent external audit service provider for the coming three years starting from 2018 E.C. (2025/26) to 2020 E.C. (2027/28). Deshet’s fiscal year ends in July 7 (Sene 30).

Eligible audit firms are invited to participate by submitting the following:

1. The firm’s profile

2. Trade license (renewed for the current year), TIN and VAT registration certificates

3. Certificate of Competence from the Accounting and Auditing Board of Ethiopia (AABE)

4. Evidence of previous experience in providing audit services in similar organizations

5. Separate technical and financial proposal that clearly indicates price with VAT

Interested, eligible, and competent Audit Firms are requested to submit the technical and financial proposals in a separate sealed envelope in person only within 7 working days from the date of announcement.

Deshet reserves the right to reject the parts or whole of the bids.
