INVITATION FOR OPEN BIDS

(Ref No. LISC/HRL/004/2025)

1. Lucy Insurance S.C invites interested and eligible competitive bidders to participate in the bidding for the supply of service of Company’s Brand Manual preparation.
2. The bid document can be obtained from the company Finance Department upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB Birr 300.00 (Three Hundred Birr).
3. The bid remains floating from October 26, 2025 up to November 6, 2025 and will be closed on November 6. 2025 in the morning at 10:00 AM, and opened in the presence of bidders or their representative on the same date at 10:30 AM at the Company’s Board Room, 6 floor
4. The bid must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of Birr 25,000.00 (twenty Five Thousand) in the form of unconditional Bank Guarantee or Cash Payment Order (C.P.O) in a sealed and separate envelope.
5. All bidders must submit the bid document in the tender box prepared for this purpose at Lucy Insurance S.C during office hours on/before November 6, 2025 morning 10:00 AM at the third floor HR and Logistics Department office.
6. Separate sealed envelopes for Technical and Financial Proposals, and should clearly state “Technical Document” and “Financial Document”
7. All documents must be enclosed in a single outer envelope. The sealed outer envelope should clearly state the bidder’s name and address.
8. Bidders should present copy of renewed trade license. Tax clearance certificate and vat registration certificate.
9.  Failure to comply any of the conditions stated above shall result in automatic rejection.
