ADVERTISEMENT FOR AN EXTERNAL AUDITOR

NALA Foundation is an organization that has been registered and licensed in Ethiopia by the Charities and Societies Agency as a Foreign Charity as per the Charities and Societies Proclamation No 621/2009 on December 24, 2018 and re-registered and accorded legal personality with registry number 4092 on December 24, 2019 in accordance with the Civil Society Organizations Proclamation No 1113/2019.

NALA Foundation is pleased to invite qualified & registered Audit firms recognized by the Accounting and Audit Board of Ethiopia (AABE) to submit their Technical & Financial proposal for auditing the books of account of the organization for one year (The fiscal year ending 31st December, 2025) which could be renewable based on performance and other factors.

Requirement:

1. Must have solid audit experience in IFRS/IPSAS and auditing the books and accounts of Civil Society Organizations (CSOs).

2. The Audit firm should provide TIN, VAT and Business Registration that have all been renewed for the recent year as well as renewed license from the Accounting and Audit Board of Ethiopia (AABE).

3. The bidders are required to submit the tentative date starting the audit and the definite date to the completion time of the Audit works.

Deliverables

Audit report for all accounts & associated management letter.

Application Procedure
