INVITATION TO BID

FOR AUDIT SERVICE

Pastoralist Concern (PC) is a National Civil Society Organization active in Ethiopia for the past 30 years. PC is non-political, non-religious, non-racial, and non-profit making development organization devoted to make a positive lasting change in the life and livelihood status of the pastoral community of Ethiopia.

Pastoralist Concern Invites eligible, qualified, and competent Audit Firms to conduct the Organization’s extended financial audit for the fiscal year covering from January 1,2025 to December 31, 2025.

All bidders are attaching to the following required documents as parts of the bid documents.

1. Renewed Professional License
2. Renewed business License
3. VAT Registration Certificate and TIN Certificate.
4. Recent Tax Clearance Certificate from the concerned authority.
5. Organizational profile including evidence of experience (i.e. previous performance) in auditing of similar organizations for the Charities and societies Agency requirement purpose.
6. Registered Certified chartered accountants/certificate of professional competence.
7. Detail of staff assigned to perform the audit activities, including experience, qualifications.
8. Detail audit plan that including the expected audit start and completion date.

All Interested and qualified audit firms are inviting to participate in the bid for external audit services.

BID SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS

1. Bid Availability: A complete set of bidding documents with detailed TOR is available at the PC Head Office starting from October 27, 2025.

2. Bid Validity Period: Bids must be submitted within seven (7) consecutive calendar days, from October 26, 2025, to November 1, 2025.

3. Bid Submission: All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope, along with a proforma invoice, and deposited into the “Bid Box” located at the PC Head Office no later than 5:00 PM on November 1, 2025.

4. Bid Opening: The public bid opening ceremony will be held at the PC Head Office on November 3, 2025. Bidders or their representatives are to attend the opening ceremony not a mandatory.

5. Right of Reservation: Pastoralist Concern reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, in part or in full, without providing any reason.
