The Ethiopian Society of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ESOG) would like to invite competent applicants for Medical Conference Organizers

The ESOG will held its 34th annual conference on February 9 and 10, 2026 it wants to purchase services from medical conference organizers registered to provide services in Ethiopia. The services that we are soliciting are described under 4 categories just below.

Financial and sponsor management including but not limited to: Creating and managing the event budget. Finding and securing sponsors and managing their involvement and benefits, and Contract negotiation: Handling contracts with vendors, venues, and other suppliers.

Marketing and communication that includes: Developing and executing strategies to attract attendees, and Communicating with attendees, speakers, and sponsors before, during, and after the event.

On-site and post-event services such as: On-site management: Overseeing all aspects of the event as it happens, including protocols and troubleshooting any issues that arise, Social event management: Planning and executing social events, such as welcome receptions or dinners, and conducting a post-event evaluation to measure success and gather feedback.

Logistics and venue management including but not limited to: Managing hotel blocks and ensuring easy access for attendees, Audiovisual and IT support, and Arranging for and managing all technical needs for presentations and the event, and On-site registration: Managing the check- in process for attendees, speakers, and staff.

Please provide your financial proposal for all of the 4 areas of services separately as well as the total cost in ETB.
