Temsalet Housing Cooperatives Society Ltd consists of 105 members and has been established as associations with the objective of constructing apartments. Our Cooperatives is pleased to invite your firm to submit a bid for the provision of design consultancy for our upcoming apartment building project.

Our cooperative intends to construct a (Basement + Ground+14 Floors + Terrace] (B+G+14+T) apartment building. WE are seeking a qualified and experienced consultant to provide comprehensive architectural and engineering design services for this project.

• Location: Akaki Kality Sub City. Wereda 02. Addis Ababa.
• Plot Area: -763m2
• Building Type: Apartment Building
• Structure: Basement + Ground +14 Floors + Terrace (B+G+14+T)

Scope of Services:

The selected consultant will be responsible for providing. but not limited to, the following services:

• Architectural design (conceptual, schematic, design development, construction documents)
• Structural design.
• Electrical design.
• Plumbing/Sanitary design. 3D design
• Preparation of detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
• Processing necessary permits and approvals from the Government.

The conditions/terms of the bid are indicated as follows

Bids must be accompanied by renewed business licenses and registration. Tax clearance certificate and VAT registration certificate. TIN registration certification and these must be summited together with a technical proposal. Consultancy licensed in building consultancy shall be Grade 2 and above.

All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 2%, valid for 60 days. of total submitted cost in an acceptable Unconditional Bank Guarantee or CPO from known bank.

The bid document can be purchased by interested bidders during office hours (Monday to Saturday 8:00 Am to 5:00 PM) from Smart Plaza building. Second Floor, Around Lideta Condominum-Amistegna Road upon payment of non-refundable fee of ETB 1000. starting from the date of the invitation floated in the newspaper to 15 working days. The bidder shall bring copy and stamped renewed trade license. competence certificate, tin and vat number.

Bidder should submit their offers in a sealed envelope to office before or on the date of submission at 8:00 PM local time.

■ Bids will be opened on the same date, at 8:30 PM in the afternoon in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives.
