1. አሸናፊው አቅራቢ ያሸነፈበትን እቃ ግዥ ፈፃሚው ድርጅት መጋዘን ውስጥ ማስረከብ አለበት እንዲሁም ግጥሞ እና ስራወን በደንብ መስራቱን አረጋግጦ ማስረከብ አለበት፡፡ 
2. መስሪያ ቤቱ ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ ሙሉ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ በህግ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡ 
3. ማንኛውም ተጫራች ለሚጫረትባቸው የዕቃ ዓይቶች ናሙና ወይም ሳምፕል ማቅርብ አለባቸው፡፡ ሳንፕል/ናሙና ያላቀረበ ተጫራች ከውድድር ውጪ የሚሆን መሆኑን በጥብቅ እናሳስባለን፡፡
