Digital Green Foundation invites qualified and experienced video and photo production firms or individual consultants to submit proposals to produce high-quality videos and photographs that document project activities, success stories, and impact results. The assignment involves field-level content collection, interviews, and visual storytelling, highlighting the experiences of farmers, community groups, and partners engaged in Digital, Green-supported initiatives.

Scope of Work

The selected firm or consultant will be responsible for:

1. Conducting field visits to designated project locations, Jimma, to document key activities and outcomes.
2. Producing up to twenty (20) short thematic reels (2 minutes each) and three (3) thematically categorized documentary videos (6 minutes each).
3. Capturing at least 75 high-quality captioned photographs showcasing program beneficiaries and field activities.
4. Providing subtitles (English and Amharic), narration, background music, and approved branding.
5. Submitting all outputs in both editable and compressed formats.

Eligibility Requirements

Interested firms or individuals must meet the following criteria:

• Be a legally registered entity or consultant authorized to operate in Ethiopia.
• Hold a valid business license, Tax Identification Number (TIN), and VAT registration certificate.
• Have a minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in video and photo production, preferably in the development, agriculture, or communications sectors.
• *Demonstrate technical and financial capacity to deliver within the stipulated timeframe.
• *Provide evidence of previous experience producing high-quality content for development or communication purposes.
• Be willing to travel to rural field locations, Jimma, for filming and photography.
• Comply with Digital Green’s safeguarding, data protection, and consent policies.

Submission Requirements

Applicants must submit:

1. Technical Proposal, including:

• Understanding of the assignment and creative approach.
• Methodology, work plan, and timeline.
• Production team composition and key roles.

2. Financial Proposal (in ETB), clearly itemizing all costs. including fees, travel, accommodation, and post- production

3. Company Profile and Portfolio, including three (3) samples of similar work.

4. Copies of valid business license. TIN, and VAT certificate.

5. References at least two (2) contactable clients for similar assignments.

Technical quality and Creativity: 40%

Relevant Experience and Portfolio: 30%

Cost-effectiveness and budget clarity: 20%

Timeliness and feasibility: 10%
