1. የጨረታ ማስከበርያ 100,000 ብር መቅረብ አለበት፡፡
2. ዩኒቨርሲቲው የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ በህግ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡
3. የመስሪያ ቁሳቁስ፣ የ ሳር ማጭጃ ማሽን፣ የሳር ማጭጃ ማሽን ነዳጅ፣ ዉሃ፣ የታጨዱ ሳሮችን ማንሻ ተሽከርካሪ በ ዉል ሰጪው ድርጅት የሚቀርብ ይሆናል፡፡
