INVITATION TO INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS

WALIA CORK FACTORY P.L.C. now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the

• design, Manufacture, Supply, Erection and Commissioning of FORMING PRESS CROWN CORK MACHINE (with convening elevator and hoper)  &
• LIMNING MACHINE (PMC 1 with chiller & cooling conveyor in Kombolcha city, Ethiopia.

Bidders shall bid for complete works of the project giving separate and unit prices for the works.

A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by any interested eligible bidder upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Birr 10,000.00 (ten thousand birr) during working hours from our Addis Ababa liaison office. Bidders shall provide their technical proposal, financial proposal and bid security in separate envelopes. Each of the documents shall have ‘Original’ and ‘Copy’. Bidders shall write as “TECHNICAL ORIGINAL”, “TECHNICAL COPY”, “FINANCIAL ORIGINAL” and “FINANCIAL COPY”.

All bids must be accompanied by bid security amounting 2% of the total price quoted by the bidder in birr and must he delivered to the above office on or before closing date and time indicated in the newspaper advertised.

Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders or their legal representatives who choose to attend at the above office of Walia cork Project on the date and lime indicated in the advertisement news paper.

Walia Cork Factory reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
