The Benishangul Gumuz Region Electric Utility here by now invites registered eligible bidders/ contractors of category GC-5 /BC-5 and above who would be financially and technically capable for the supply and building Assosa Customer Service Centers Renovation Works and furnish the necessary labor, equipment and Materials to undertake the construction on Assosa town and under National Competitive bidding/NCB/

1. Interested potential bidders are required to present renewed relevant trade license for the fiscal year 2018 Ec VAT Registration Certificate, Tax Clearance Certificate, Registration Certificate online supplier list under public procurement and Property administration agency, Valid and Renewed Contractor’s Registration Certificate for the year 2018 EFY from minister of Construction OR Regional Bureau of urban development and construction.
2. The bid document shall be prepared in English language.
3.  Interested potential bidders Can obtain a complete set of bidding document from the office of supply chain and property general service department, 1st floor office No 105 or 108 with a payment of none refundable fee birr 600.00.
4. This invitation of bid is open to all interested potentials bidders regardless of their nationality and the bid evaluation and award shall be determined in accordance with the provision indicated in bidding document.
5. The works under these contracts generally consist of Construction, Completion, testing/Commissioning. Handover, Maintenance, Remedying of Defects and Handing over of Service Centers Office Building.
6.  The deadline for bid submission shall be on February 3, 2026 Gc at 8:00 local time
7. The bid must be accompanied with a bid security of an amount of birr 50,000.00/ fifty thousand/ in the form of certificate Only CPO.
8. The bid must be delivered or deposited in the tender box situated at the office of the supply chain property and general service department 1st  floor office no 105, before the closing date and time
9. The bid will be opened no February 3, 2026Gc at 8:30 local time in Benishangul Gumuze Region Electric Utility hall 2nd floor meeting hall, in the presence of bidders and/or their representatives who choose at attend.
10. The Benishangul Gumuz Region Electric Utility has a right to reject partially or full part of bid.
