Invitation for External
Audit Services (2025-2027)

alignAfrica, a national local NGO, invites qualified audit firms to submit proposals for the external audit of its consolidated financial statements for the three-year period from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2027.

Audits will be conducted in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA) and Ethiopian regulations, providing independent opinions, reviewing internal controls, and ensuring compliance with statutory and donor requirements.

Proposals must be a maximum of three pages and include a technical plan as well as a financial proposal indicating annual audit fees (with or without VAT) and any additional costs, such as travel. Supporting documents should also be attached, including the firm profile, relevant experience with NGOs or donor-funded projects, a valid trade license, TIN certificate, and a certificate of competence from the Office of the Federal Auditor General.

All proposals and support- ing documents must be submitted in person by envelope within five (5) working days, February 2-6, 2026. Audits will primarily be conducted at alignAfrica’s offices and designated project locations.
