INVITATION TO BID

Geneva Global Inc,.(GGI-Eth) is an international nongovernmental organization registered as foreign charity under the charity and societies Reg.No.1724 Act to operate in Ethiopia. GGI-Eth has been implementing inclusive education in partnership with other organizations in the country.

Geneva Global Inc would like to purchase Laptop Computers for its MCF-LITE Program which will be implemented in eight regions and in one City. Therefore, the purpose of this bid is to identify vendors who could deliver the specified items in this bid as per the stated specification on time with competitive price.

Interested and eligible bidders may bring the sealed envelope to Geneva Global Ethiopia office located at Bole Road, Kebede Haile Building, 2nd Floor, next to Oromia International Bank Head Quarter, Bidders are obliged to submit their separate financial and technical documents in sealed envelope. They are also expected to include all documents required for the bidding process.

• Renewed business registration certificate.
• Valid Tax Clearance/TIN number.
• Certificate of good bid performance or delivery history.
• Bid documents must be stamped and signed by an official organizational representative.
• Bidders must submit names and contacts details of at least three (3) previous customers that have been supplied with similar supplies.
• Samples of the items should be brought with the bid document with the name of the firm.
• The bid will be closed within Six (6) consecutive calendar days starting from the date of bid announcement February 3rd 2026 and closed on February 10th ,2026, 12: 00 P.M and opened on the same day 2:00 PM. The offer, comprising of a technical bid and price schedule, in sealed envelope, should be submitted according to the bid specification in the table in front of bidders.
• Geneva Global Inc Ethiopia reserves the right to request additional information from prospective bidders and reject any or all bids that do not meet its minimum requirements without any liability, or when considered to be in the best interest of the agency and/ or the people it serves.
