NB. 1. Financial proposals that are vague or unreasonably organized may result in disqualification. 2. Each cost item must be clearly justified. 3. Cost breakdowns for the Urban Finance stream and Urban Land stream must be provided separately. 4. To be considered for selection, universities must fully comply with all the above criteria. Failure to meet even a single requirement, resulting in a ‘Not Comply’ status, will lead to automatic rejection from the bidding process. 5. The university should provide an allowance of 150 Birr per trainee per day for duration of 45 days, and this amount shall be included under miscellaneous costs. 6. The total costs incurred for professional services and other overhead expenses shall be calculated based on the total project duration specified in the Terms of Reference (TOR) 7. Central Ethiopia in not included in this bid processes 8. Site visit is required during technical evaluation to confirm the actual situation in the institutions which are eligible to the bid processes
