Bid Requirements
Bidders must submit the following documents:
- Technical specifications of the proposed items
- Financial proposal with detailed cost breakdown
- Warranty information
- Legal documents including renewed business license, VAT/TIN registration
Submission Details
- Bid documents must be submitted in two ways: (1) sealed envelopes clearly marked “Bid for CPD Training Materials”, and (2) Additionally same documents should be submitted electronically to: esogeth@gmail.com with the email title box stating “Bid for CPD Training Materials”.
- Deadline for submission: 10 working days starting from date of posting including weekends and holidays.
