Notice of Invitation for General STD and HIV/AIDS prevention and Control Service for Construction Works of Combolcha Bypass Road Project

YONAB Construction now invites eligible bidders to submit proposals for providing General STD and HIV/AIDS prevention and Control Service for captioned project

Eligible bidders must meet the following requirements:

A. The bidder must be a registered company of the Procurement and Property Administration Agency (PPAA)

B. The bidder must have experience of providing any three projects and specific two similar road construction projects on HIV/AIDS programs as a sole and/or JV for the last eight years or having at least one year general experience (as JV or sole) in HIV/AIDS Prevention and Control service with fulfilling the required legal requirement can participate as Joint Venture.

C. The bidder must have a valid renewed Trade/Business license for the year 2018 E.C

D. Tax registration Certificate (TIN)

E. Valid VAT Registration Certificate

F. Valid Tax clearance certificate

G. Recent VAT declaration Certificate.

Interested bidders shall submit the document as per the following criteria:

1. Bidders shall submit their Bids in accordance with the instruction to bidders

2. Bidding documents (TOR) prepared in English language can be Collected by Interested bidders from the address below from 8:30 to 12:30 pm and 1:30 to 5:30 pm from Monday to Friday.

3. Bids must be delivered to the address below up to February 16,2026, 2:30 PM and will be open at the same date 2:30 PM.

4. Bidders should have submitted One Original Plus Two Copies of Technical Qualification Document clearly marked as “Original” and “Copy”, All envelope of technical containing the original and the copies shall be sealed in another outer envelope Clearly marked Technical. And One Original Plus Two Copies of Financial Bid clearly marked as “Original” and “Copy” and finally all envelopes containing the original and the copies of financial shall be sealed in another outer envelope clearly marked Financial

5. YONAB CONSTRUCT ION PLC reserves the right to accept or reject the bid.
