    • At least 3 references from similar laboratories.
    • Documentation of past preventive and corrective maintenance activities (if available).
    • IQ/OQ/PQ documentation for compliance verification.
    • Traceable calibration standards (CRM) for quantitative performance validation.
    • Radiation safety training certification.Certificates of satisfactory execution of contracts

    The Bidder must submit ISO/IEC 17025:2017 certification or other

    accreditation relevant to instrument calibration with the technical offer.

    Bidder has not been debrided by a decision of the Public Procurement and Property Authority from participating in public procurements for breach of its obligation under previous contracts, in accordance with ITB Clause 4.4.
