INVITATION TO BID

DESIGN CONSULTANCY SERVICE

TEMAMEN S.C wants to invites eligible and qualified consulting firms to participate in the bid for Design & Consultancy Service for 2B+G+SB+7 MIXED USE BULD project at Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

1. The bid is open to all eligible bidders registered and licensed by the relevant government authority.

2. A complete set of bidding documents in English shall be obtained from TEMAMEN S.C Located at jabala Building office 319 floor room no 03 during the office hours) starting from (Feb,06/2026 To Feb, 16,2026, from 8:00 AM – 12:00 AM & 1:00PM-4:30PM) and Saturday 8:00AM-12:00AM.

3. Interested bidders shall submit appropriate documentary evidences demonstrating the bidder’s compliance, which shall include:-

• Certificate of Competency registration from the relevant government authority valid for the year/2018 E.C with Building Consultant category from Grade 1 (ONE) to Grade 3.
• Trading License renewed for 2018 E.C;
• Its Tax Clearance Certificate which states that the bidder is eligible to participate in any public tender and valid at least at the deadline for submission of the bids, and
• TIN and VAT Registration Certificate

4. Bid document must be submitted in the bid box prepared for this purpose on or before 2:00 PM on Feb 16, 2026 at the office address mentioned in above.

5. Bidders must submit technical and financial proposals in separate sealed envelopes, clearly marked “Technical Proposal” and “Financial Proposal”, and both shall be enclosed in one outer sealed envelope.

6. The evaluation procedure is to be carried out in two stages, “Technical Proposal” first and “Financial Proposal” evaluation of bidders next.

7. Bid opening shall be held at the Temamen S.c Plc office 319 floor room no 03 in the presence of bidders and/or their legal representatives who wish to attend on Feb. 17, 2026 at 2:30 PM in the above mentioned address.

9. Failure to comply with any of the conditions from items 2 to 4 above shall result in automatic rejection.

10. Temamen S.C reserves the right to accept or reject the bid either partially or fully.
