EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI)

The European Chamber of Commerce in Ethiopia (EuroCham Ethiopia) invites qualified consulting firms and individual experts to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for inclusion in its roster of pre-qualified consultants.

EuroCham Ethiopia supports European and international businesses operating in Ethiopia through advocacy, policy dialogue, market intelligence, and business facilitation. To strengthen these services, EuroCham seeks experienced professionals to provide advisory and analytical support on a call-off basis.

Areas of Expertise Sought

Applicants may apply for one or more of the following areas:

Core Areas

• Tax advisory and tax policy analysis
• Customs, trade facilitation, and logistics
• Business environment and investment climate assessments
• EuroCham member needs assessments and surveys
• Legal and regulatory advisory
• Market and sector studies
• Public-private dialogue and advocacy support
• Investment promotion and project structuring
• ESG, sustainability, and responsible business conduct
• Digital economy and technology policy
• Training and capacity building

Eligibility

Applicants should demonstrate:

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience
• Strong knowledge of Ethiopia’s business and regulatory environment
• Proven analytical and reporting capability
