INVITATION TO BID

The Lutheran World Federation (LWF) is launching an Open Bid and invites interested contractors/suppliers/candidates to participate in the procurement procedure for:

• SUPPLY & INSTALLATION OF SOLAR SET AND HDPE PIPELINE EXTENSION, TOTAL LOTS-TWO

1. All the goods and services are for a humanitarian project in Amhara Region an intervention supported by GAC, and CLWR.

2. All goods and services are to be delivered in Ethiopia, Amhara, specific locations as indicated in the tender document.

3. The offered prices shall be quoted in Ethiopian Birr only.

4. Bidders without a valid, renewed business license will be excluded. Final selection and award will be based on the highest combined technical and financial score.

5. All offers, in English language only, must be delivered to the office mentioned below until March 06, 2026, 3:00 PM EAT

6. Late bids will be rejected. Applicants with questions regarding this tender should send then in writing or email up to February 23, 2026, 3:00 PM.

7. Tenders will be opened at the address mentioned below at the time stated in the Tender Dossier. Tenderers or their authorized representative can be present at the opening of tenders.

8. The successful tenderer shall place a 10% Performance Guarantee upon signing the Contract).
