Consultancy Service for Evaluation of “The Women Empowerment Pilot Project implemented in Dassenech
Woreda of South Omo Zone”

Agri Service Ethiopia (ASE) is a non-govemmental. non-religious, and non-profit national development organization, established in 1969. dedicated to poverty reduction and sustainable community development. particularly in the rural areas of Ethiopia.

ASE. with financial support from Bread for the World Protestant Development Service (BitW), has been operating in six kebeles since 2025, reaching 1,493 households, of which 1,297 are female-headed, and benefiting more than 5,000 indirect beneficiaries. Accordingly, ASE. working in the target woredas, intends to engage a consultant to conduct an evaluation of the “Women Empowerment Pilot Project implemented in Dassenech Woreda of South Omo Zone.”.

Potential service provider companies may obtain the tender documents against payment of non-refundable ETB 500 Birr from Agri Service Ethiopia (ASE) Head Office, Addis Ababa from Feb 10-up to Feb 18, 2026 during working hours Monday to Friday 8:30 Am-3:00PM.

Tenders submitted must be accompanied with:

• Valid and renewed business Registration and Trade License, VAT and TIN registration certificate (as detailed on TOR)
• Company profile
• Tax clearance
• The bidder should submit bid security of 15,000.00 (Fifteen Thousand birr) Bank guaranty in the form of CPO with separate sealed envelope.
• Submit a duly filled, signed and stamped financial proposal.

Bidder companies must submit the bid document in two hard copies One Technical & the other Financial with Original & Copy in sealed envelopes, bearing the bidder’s official seal, and clearly marked Technical “Original & copy’ ‘and “Financial Original & copy” with financial proposal, and must include the bidders’ name, and contact address, as well as the Tender title and Tender Reference number.

Tenders must be submitted in the bid box prepared for this purpose at Agri Service, Ethiopia Head Office on Feb 19, 2026 on or before 2:00 PM,

Agri Service Ethiopia Tender Committee will open the tender on 20 Feb, 2026 at 10:00AM at its own discretion in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
