INVITATION TO BID

To all national contractors of Category GC-2/BC-1 and above, with renewed trade license and registration certificate valid for the year 2018 EC

1. BENISHANGUL GUMUZ REGIONAL STATE JOB & SKILL BUREAU now invites sealed bid from eligible bidders who are interested and capable to submit wax sealed bids for furnishing the necessary construction service for the construction of technical & vocational collages Tongo Special Woreda

2. Bidding will be conducted with accordance the recent editions of Benishangul Gumuz Regional government procurement and property Administration proclamation and public procurement directive and is open to all eligible bidders i.e. two stage. The first stage is preliminary and technical evaluation. The second stage is financial evaluation.

3. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by any interested eligible bidder on the submission of a written application to the BENISHANGUL GUMUZ REGIONAL STATE JOB & SKILL BUREAU at Ethiopian, Insurance corporation building second floor office No-205 starting from appearance of this advertisement on the Addis Zemen Newspaper from the coming 21 calendar days, and upon payment of a non-refundable of Ethiopian 400 (four hundred Birr) for each set.

4. Each bidder allowed buying only one lot.

5. Each bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 500,000 (Five Hundred Thousand) in the form of C.P.O or unconditional bank guaranty and must be delivered to the address BENISHANGUL GUMUZ REGIONAL STATE JOB & SKILL BUREAU at or before 4:00AM local time on at 22nd days Bids will be opened at 4:30 AM on the same day in the presence of bidders representatives who choose to attend.

6. If the 22nd date is announcement lies on weekend or holy day the opening date will be the next working day while the time remains the same.

7. The construction work shall be completed upon completion of the construction of the work.

The bidders, ONE ORIGINAL AND TWO COPIES for the project of both pre-qualification document and priced tender document which shall be in separately wax sealed envelopes every original and copies so as too as mother envelops, each thus marked in English must arrive not later than the date and time given in the invitation for pre-qualification.

9. Any contractor who has a contract with BENISHANGUL GUMUZ REGIONAL STATE JOB & SKILL BUREAU must perform above 70% of the total contract to participate on this bid.

10. No advance payment.

11. BENISHANGUL GUMUZ REGIONAL STATE JOB & SKILL BUREAU HAS THE RIGHT TO ACCEPT/REJECT ANY/ALL BID.
