1. Development Bank of Ethiopia invites interested bidders for the procurement of Computer with accessories.

2. Interested bidders are required to submit together with their bid documents:

I. Renewed Trade License

 II. TIN Certificate

III. Tax clearance certificate

IV. VAT Registration Certificate

V. Supplier Registration Certificate

3. Interested bidders may Purchase a complete set of bidding documents beginning from February 09, 2026 upon payment of a non-refundable Birr 300.00 (Birr Three hundred only) to Customer Accounts Transaction Service office. Tower I. Ground floor and collect the Soft Copy of bid documents from Procurement Directorate located at Klamed building (Former Sugar Corporation Head Office). 1st floor, Near to DBE head office, during working hours.

4. Bid shall be accompanied with the following bid security in the form of C.P.O or unconditional bank guarantee from recognized bank

5. Bids shall be submitted into the tender box prepared for this purpose on or before February 24, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. at Development Bank of Ethiopia Head Office at Procurement Directorate. Kiamed building (Former Sugar Corporation Head Office), 1st floor.

6. Bids shall be opened in the above mentioned address, on February 24, 2026 at 10:05 AM. in the presence of bidders and/or their authorized representatives.

8. Bidders should present their Financial and Technical documents separately in sealed envelope.

9. The language of the tender is English.
