- The suppler shall be delivering the requested items as per their technical offer and the Authority receives the items with physical and technical inspection.
- The Supplier shall be submit the original bank guarantee /CPO and letters from SME of bid security physically up to Bid Opening time.
- The supplier shall be deliver the requested items up to AAWSA warehouse.
- The Authority reserves the right to accept or reject the bid partially or wholly.
