Invitation to Bid (External Audit Service)

Hapo korea charity Association is a non governmental and non profitable organization registered in Ethiopia since 2016 as a local NGO. We are seeking proposals from qualified, registered audit firms to conduct an annual external audit for the fiscal year ending 31, December 2025

Scope of Work:

• Audit of financial statements accordance with Ethiopian Accounting and Auditing Board (AABE) standards.
• Preparation of a management letter identifying internal control weaknesses.
• Compliance audit with Ethiopian tax laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Interested firms must submit the following documents:
• Renewed trade license for the current year.
• Certificate of registration from the Accounting and Auditing Board of Ethiopia (AABE) and authorization from the Office of the Federal Auditor General.
• Firm profile and composition of the audit team.
• Evidence of experience in auditing similar organizations (at least 5 years experience preferred).
• Tax Identification Number (TIN) and Value Added Tax (VAT) registration certificate.
• Tax clearance certificate.
