REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS – RFQ-ETADD-26-0024

Oxfam Ethiopia is an international NGO involved in humanitarian and long-term development program since the 1960s. Oxfam has been implementing Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH), Emergency Food Security and Vulnerable Livelihoods (EFSVL), and Gender and Protection Programs in areas where natural and manmade crises occurring and protracted. Therefore, OXFAM in Ethiopia invites qualified and competent Audit Firms for Audit service provision for the year April 2025-March 2026. Detailed requirements for the services are provided in the Terms of References (TOR).

Interested/competent applicants can collect the request for quotation with technical documents (TOR) from OXFAM Ethiopia Program Office, starting from February 11, 2026 at 9:00AM. Applicants are required to carefully read the Terms of Reference (TOR) through the technical document, make a note of the planned timetable, and submit financial and technical proposal in a separate sealed envelope until February 20, 2026 at 1:00pm.

This invitation has been issued for the sole purpose of obtaining quotation or the provision of the service requested. OXFAM reserves the right not to enter in to or award contracts as result of this invitation to the quotations. OXFAM also reserves the right to terminate any contract issued as a result of this RFQ as set out in the contract terms and conditions.
