SNV in Ethiopia would like to float a tender for interested eligible & competitive bidders for the procurement of ICT SUPPORT SERVICE as per detailed specification on the bid document.

Deadline: bids must be delivered to the address below on or before March 02, 2026, up to 5:00 PM.

1. Late bids will not be received.

2. Interested bidder shall collect the full bid document from SNV Ethiopia Head office starting from February 11, 2026, at working hours on Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 P.M. from the below SNV Ethiopia Address.

3. Both technical and financial offers should be in separate envelopes and dully signed and stamped.

4. Technical specification should be complete (including technical data sheet, brochures etc…).

5. All bid prices should be valid for 90 days.

6. Bidders are required to furnish the following copies of relevant documents:

• Registration/legal documents,
• VAT registration certificates
• Valid trading license
