Construction Works of Nursery Infrastructure Development located at three different places

Procurement Reference Number: AM/BOA/NCII. Con-04/2018

1. The Amhara National Regional State Bureau of Agriculture /Climate Action through Landscape Management (CALM P for R) has an intention to procure “the Construction of Nursery Infrastructure Development”.
2.  The Amhara National Regional State Bureau of Agriculture Invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of Construction of Nursery Infrastructure Development at three places located at:
   • Lot 1. S/Gondar Dera Woreda Nursery Infrastructure Development Project
   • Lot 2. W/Gojjam Jabi-Tenan Nursery Infrastructure Development Project
   • Lot 3. N/Wollo Gubalafto Nursery Infrastructure Development Project
3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open national tendering procedures contained in the public procurement proclamation of the Amhara National Regional State Government.
4. To be eligible for bidding of this project, the contractor must be duly registered in the Public Procurement and Property Administration Agency’s Supplier List, in Category GC/BC, Grade 6 and above; should submit a copy of renewed trade licence for the year 2018 E.C, VAT registration certificate, TIN certificate & Tax Clearance Certificate.
5. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Amhara National Regional State Bureau of Agriculture Procurement, Finance and Property Administration Directorate during working hours.
6. Each bidder is allowed to participate for one or multiple lots.
7. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested eligible bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 500 at the address stated below during working hours from Monday to Friday
8. Bids shall be valid for 90 days after bid opening and bid must be accompanied by a bid security of Ethiopian Birr 100,000.00 in the form of Unconditional Bank Guarantee/CPO.
9. Bid shall be submitted in two separate envelops. One envelope for the technical and another envelop for financial.
10. Bids must be delivered to the address below from 11st  of February to 4th  of March 2026 G.C. Bid will he closed at 4:00 local time on 4th of March 2026 G.C. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders or their legal representatives who choose to attend the bid opening ceremony at the address below at 4:30 local time on the 4th of March 2026 GC. Late bids shall be rejected.
11. The procuring entity has the right to reject any bid partially or wholly at any time.
