Development of a Web-Based Clinic Management System

Deutsche Stiftung Weltbevölkerung (DSW Ethiopia) invites qualified and experienced software development firms to submit proposals for the design, development, and deployment of a centralized web-based Clinic Management System for eight Youth-Friendly Clinics operating in Amhara, Oromia, and Central Ethiopia regions.

The system is intended to digitize clinics operations and improve service delivery through centralized patient management, reporting, inventory control, electronic medical records, billing, and analytics functionalities.

Scope of the Assignment

The selected firm will:

• Develop a secure and scalable web-based clinic management system
• Support multi-user and role-based access
• Provide real-time reporting and dashboard features
• Enable data migration, backup, and recovery mechanisms
• Deliver source code, technical documentation, and user manuals
• Provide two years of maintenance and cloud hosting support 
•  Conduct staff orientation and system handover

Qualification Requirements

Interested firms must:

• Have at least 5 years of software development experience
• Demonstrate experience in HMIS or related health systems
• Possess expertise in modern web and cloud technologies
• Provide organizational profile, references, and key staff CVS

Submission Requirements

• Technical Proposal
• Financial Proposal
• Company registration and VAT certificate
• Latest audit report
• References and previous project experience

Project Duration

The winning company will deliver the system within three (3) weeks from the date of contract signing.
