- የጨረታው አሸናፊዎች ዕቃዎችን ኮምቦልቻ ጉምሩክ ቅ/ጽ/ቤት ንብረት ክፍል ድረስ ማቅረብ ይጠበቅባቸዋል።
- አሸናፊው ድርጅት የሚያቀርቡአቸው እቃዎች ኦርጅናል መሆን አለባቸው።
- ማንዋል ደረሰኝ የሚያቀርቡ ከሆነ QR Code ያለው ደረሰኝ ማቅረብ አለባቸው።
- እቃዎችን ለማቅረብ እንደ አስፈላጊነቱ ውል መግባት የሚችል።
- መስሪያ ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው።
- አሸናፊው ድርጅት እቃውን ቅ/ጽ/ቤቱ ድረስ አቅርቦ በባለሙያው ከተረጋገጠ በኋላ በሚቀርብ የክፍያ ጥያቄ መሰረት ክፍያ የሚፈጸም መሆኑ ይታወቅ።
