- Terms and Conditions: 1. ተጫራቾች የሚያቀርቡትን እቃ በራሳቸው ትራንስፖርት ወጭ አጓጉዘዉ ወሎ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ደሴ ግቢ ድረስ ማቅረብ አለባቸው 2. ተቋሙ ጨረታዉን በከፊልም ሆነ ሙሉ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብት አለዉ 3. ተጫራቾች ያሸነፉትን እቃ ሊያስገቡ የሚችሉት በሚመለከተዉ አካል ጥራቱ ሲረጋገጥ ብቻ ነው 4. ተጫራቾች የሚያቀርቡት እቃ በተፈለገዉ ጥራትና ደረጃ እንዲሁም በእቃው ዝርዝር መግለጫ መሰረት ነው 5. ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ በፊት የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ሲፒኦ (CPO) ወይም ቢድቦንድ (BID BOND) ዋናውን በአካል ግዥ ክፍል ድረስ ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል 6. ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ በፊት የጨረታውን የሚስጥር ቁጥር በሲስተም ሸር ማድረግ ይኖርባቸዋል 7. ተጫራቾች እቃውን ከማቅረባቸው በፊት ዩኒቨርሲቲው ባቀረበው ሳምፕል /Sample/ መሠረት ዕቃዎቹን ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል
