Project location: Mekenissa area, Woreda 08, Lideta Sub-City, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia Ethiopian National Association of the Blind invites eligible and qualified consultants through NCB for the construction and commissioning of a Hotel (Basement + Ground +9 Floors + Terrace Guesthouse), and all associated works.

Eligibility: Grade 1 (one) consultant

Technical requirements

Valid trade license, valid certificate of competence issued from concerned government body which aligned with ministry of Urban and Infrastructure, VAT and other tax registration certificate current tax clearance (in case of domestic bidders), consultant profile, bid security of ETB 25,000.00 valid for 60 days from opening date, Business organization registration certificate or trade license issued by the country of establishment, three Certificates of satisfactory execution of consultancy, technical proposal including a statement of work methods, personnel and scheduling. Submission requirement Two separate sealed envelopes and to be delivered to the Association’s Head Office.

The bid will be open for a period of 10 working days, closing and opening on June 19, 2026, at 10:00 AM and June 19, 2026 at 10:30 AM respectively with the presence of bidders or their legal representatives.

Bidders can obtain the bid documents from our head office, conveniently located Behind Yekatit 12 Hospital in Arada Sub-city, Woreda 06, Addis Ababa City. By paying non-refundable fee of 500.00 (five hundred) birr.
