FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF UNIFORM CLOTHES AND SHOES

Visionfund Microfinance invites eligible and qualified bidders for the procurement of uniforms and shoes as per the fabulated details:-

Hence, the Company invites bidders to quote their best offer for the supply of the mentioned items within a delivery time indicated in the bid document.

Bidders should strictly follow the following instructions:

1. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested bidders from the stated address upon payment of non- refundable fee of Birr 300.00 (Three Hundred Birr Only) starting from June, 29,2026.

2. Bidders have to submit their documents in two Sealed Envelopes ONE ORIGINAL and ONE COPY to the address below on or before July 09, 2026 at 4:30PM, afternoon and must be accompanied by Birr 20,000.00 (Twenty Thousand Birr) security bid bond. The bid security bond shall be in the form of Cashiers Payment Order (CPO) or Unconditional Bank Guarantee valid at least for 90 days. enclosed in a separate envelope and presented inside the Original bid document envelope. The bid language shall be in English.

3. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend on July 10, 2026 at 10:30 AM, morning at Vision Fund Head quarter 4th floor meeting room.

4. Sample submission for each item in all color options is mandatory to be considered as eligible for evaluation.

5. The payment for the collection of the bid document shall be made via VFMFI account number 42100006 at our main Branch and receipt of deposit need to be presented.

6. The bidder must accompany the bid document with the copy of its Renewed and valid Trade License. TIN Registration Certificate, and VAT registration copy. Tax clearance certificate copy, and permission from PPA for participation in the bid and other relevant document pertinent to the bid.

8. All suppliers should adhere to the rules and regulations stated in the bid documents, otherwise would not be considered for evaluation.

9. The Winner supplier shall present a 10% performance bond in the form of CPO or unconditional bank guarantee from nationally recognized Bank in ETB.

10. Vision Fund Micro Finance Institution S.C reserves the right to accept or reject part or all of the bidding process.
