Plan International’s programs in Ethiopia focuses on Child Protection, Education, Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH), Food and Economic Security, Healthy Village Programs, Humanitarian Response and Resilience Building that we implement in Tigray, Amhara, Oromia, Southern Nations, Nationalities and Peoples’ (SNNP), Gambella, Afar and Benishangul-Gumuz Regional States and Addis Ababa City Administration. Common to these, issues of gender and disability are also integrated and mainstreamed in all programs.

Plan International Ethiopia, Amhara PA invites Competent and Reliable Suppliers to engaged in long Term Agreement for those having Public Transport License with VAT Registration, VAT Invoice and relevant Credentials and experiences to provide Two bus rent having 44 seat and above with Fuel cost to transport Students from Afitit Refugee site to Geenda Wuha General Secondary School and From Genda Wuha General Secondary School to Afitit Refugee site at Metema Woreda in Amhara Region.

The Bidder shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corruption or fraudulent practices

Minimum requirements

1. The firm should have renewed license for the year 2026

2. Registration certificate from the concerned body, VAT, TIN and QR coded Invoice Required

3. Relevant past experience in providing Public Transport with supporting documents.

4. Relevant bus ownership certificate or Authenticated rental bus agreement

5. RFQ will be floated from September 08, 2026 until September 17, 2026 up to 04:00PM (Afternoon).

6. Request for quotation documents can be collected from the Plan International Ethiopia, Bahirdar office and from Metema Field office starting on the first date of this advertisement for 10 consecutive days until 10:00 PM local time of September 17, 2026.

7. Copies of the all relevant credentials well documented should be submitted within the 10 consecutive working days.

8. Previous experience with Plan International Ethiopia or Other NGOs is Preferable.

9. RFQ should be signed in all pages of the original RFQ document, stamp on it and sealed for both original having attached copies of all credentials.

10. Price quote should be submitted with separate supplier Performa invoice with clear handwriting.
