Invitation to Bids

1. Bishoftu Town Water Supply and sewerage Enterprise Secured a budget for the Procurement of Supply of Suit clothing (መሉ የወንድና የሴት ሱፍ ልብስ) ቀሚስ፣ የወንድና የሴት (ጫማ፣ ሸሚዝ፣ ካልስ፣ ከራሻትና ቀበቶ) and would like to procure

2. Therefore, interested eligible bidders are invited to participate on this bid for the Supply of the following

3. Bids accompanied by bid bond for Lot1/50,000.00 Ethiopian birr in the form CPO or Bank Guaranty and must be submitted to the above mentioned office.

4. Bid shall be delivered bid documents to Bishoftu Town water supply and Sewerage Enterprise, Room No. 12 and Tel.+251-011-430-0517 on or before 2:00 PM September 25,2026. Bids shall be open at 2:30 PM September 25 2026 On the same date in the presence of the bidder’s representatives at the office of the Enterprise’s hall 1st floor.

5. A complete bid documents in English can be purchased from the above mentioned office up on payment of non-refundable fee birr lot1/1,000.00 by submission of a written application to the address indicated below.

6. Bidders should present valid and renewed license, Registration certificate issued from Oromia/Ministry of Finance, renewed commercial and Business License. Registration Card for VAT & TIN together with written application & copy of ID Card.

7. Bishoftu Water Supply and Sewerage Enterprise reserves the right to reject partial or fully the Bids.
