1. Description of the Contract: request of a service provider for water disinfection activity utilizing Table Salt-Based Chlorination Technology as per COOPI’s technical specification in our TOR.

2. Programme- COOPI-Cooperazione Internazionale Ethiopia receive funds from different donors for humanitarian and development projects and is seeking to enter in to a contractual agreement for water disinfection activity utilizing Table Salt-Based Chlorination Technology as per COOPI’s technical specification in our TOR.

3. Contracting Authority- Cooperazione Internazionale – COOPI is an independent non- governmental humanitarian and development organization with its Head Quarter based in Italy, Milan. 4. How to obtain the TOR

• The TOR is available from the Contracting Authority by ONLY contacting the following Email addresses: log.ethiopia@coopi.org  and logistic.eth@coopi.org 
• The proposals can be submitted from 14 September 2026 to 21 September 2026 from Monday to Friday 08:30 AM to 04:00 PM at COOPI Coordination Office in Addis Ababa, Bole Sub city, Woreda 06, House Number: 088.

• TIN certificate
• VAT registration certificate
• Company profile
• Evidence of similar experience

6. Deadline for Submission of the proposals:

• The deadline for the submission of the proposals is by 21 September 2026, 04:00 PM in COOPI Coordination Office, Addis Ababa, around Megenagna behind Mama’s Kitchen Restaurant.
• Proposal opening date: 21 September 2026, 04:30 PM
• Any proposal received after this deadline will NOT be considered.
• COOPI reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to modify, suspend, or cancel this tender process, or to reject any or all submissions, in whole or in part, at any time prior to contract award without incurring any liability or obligation to any bidder.
