1. Interested and eligible bidders are invited to purchase and download of the bidding documents via SAP Ariba System to access the bidding document by having paid Non-refundable fee ETB 500.00 (Bir Five Hundred only) for each bid starting from September 28, 2026.
2. All interested bidders should be registered on the Bank’s supplier list data base system via https://dashenbanksc.com/sap-ariba-supplier-registration/
3. Copy of renewed and valid Trade License. VAT Registration Certificate and TIN Certificate are required while submitting the bid document.
4. Sidders must present a bid security in the form of unconditional & inevocable Bank Guarantee or cashier’s payment order (CPO) at least valid for 120 days upon submission of proposal or offer. At the same time, the bid validity shall be 90 days.
5. Bidders must submit the TECHNICAL and the FINANCIAL OFFER in separate through the Bank’s online system electronically as stated below:-
   • For bid Ref. No. DBOT04226/27. DBOT04326/27, DBOT04426/27, DBOT04526/27, DBOT04626/27 and DBOT04026/27 the bid proposal shall be submitted through the Bank’s Online system electronically before or on October 9, 2026 up to 5:00 PM. Aftemoon.
   • For bid Ref No. DBOT03926/27 the bid proposal shall be submitted through the Bank’s online system electronically before or on October 12, 2026 up to 8:00 PM Afteroon
6. Bids shall be opened in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives as follows:

• Bid Ref. No. DBOT04226/27. DBOT04326/27, DBOT04426/27. DBOT04526/ 27, DBOT04626/27 and DBOT04026/27 tentatively on October 10, 2026 @ 9:00 AM Morning through SAP Ariba System
• Bid Ref. No. DBOT03926/27 tentatively on October 13, 2026 @ 2:00 PM Afternoon through SAP Ariba System.

7. Failure to comply with any of the conditions stated above shall result in automatic rejection.

8. The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject the bid either partially or fully.
