The bid must be accompanied by a bid security of Birr 500,000 (Five hundred thousand birr) in the form of bank guarantee, and CPO. The Bid security shall remain valid for at least 28 days beyond the bid validity period.
Technical and financial bids must be submitted in one sealed envelope enclosed clearly marked with the tender reference and addressed to Lemi National Cement PLC.
The bid bond will be scaled in a separate envelope and marked bid bond. The closing date is Nov,3,2026 at 10:00AM and the bid will be opened at the same date at 10:30 AM in the presence of the bidders or their legal representatives at Lemi National Cement PLC office 1st floor No. 104.
Lemi National Cement PLC reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
