ማንኛውም ተጫራች በጨረታ ላይ በመሳተፍ በምንም ምክንያት ውል አልፈርምም ማለት በመንግስት ግዥ አፈጻጸም መመሪያ 1073/2017 መሰረት ተጠያቂነትን የሚያስከትል በመሆኑ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያውን ለመንግስት ገቢ ከማድረግ በተጨማሪ ያለ ምንም ቅድመ ሁኔታ የመንግስት ኤሌክትሮኒክስ ግዥ ለሚያስተዳድረው የመንግስት አካል ሪፖርት የሚደረግ በመሆኑ ተጫራቾች በጥንቃቄ መሳተፍ አለባቸው፡፡
አሸናፊ ተጫራች አሸናፊ የሆነባቸውን እቃዎች የትራንስፖትና ሌሎች ማንኛውም ወጪዎች በራሱ ሸፍኖ ጉምሩክ ኮሚሽን ዋና መ/ቤት መቯለኪያ ቅዱስ ዮሰፍ ትምህርት ቤት አጠገብ ይርጋ ሃይሌ ፕላዛ ግራውንድ ባለው መጋዘን ያስረክባል፡፡
ናሙና የተጠየባቸውን የፍሎረሰንት ቱቦ መብራት 36W ፣ ፍሎረሰንት መብራት ሆልደር 36W ፣ የመንገድ መብራት ፓውዛ 200 ዋት ፣ባለብዙ ቀለም የኢንሱሌሽን ናስትሮ ፣ ሶኬት 20A ፣ ኤልኢዲ ፍላድ መብራት 300W ፣ የኤልክትሪክ ፊውዝ ባለ 400A፣ የኤሌክትሪክ ማከፋፈያ ቦርድ (Distribution Board) እና ኤልኢዲ አምፖል 18W ብቻ ጨረታው ከመዘጋቱ በፊት ጉምሩክ ኮሚሽን ዋና መ/ቤት መቯለኪያ ቅዱስ ዮሰፍ ትምህርት ቤት አጠገብ ይርጋ ሃይሌ ፕላዛ ግራውንድ ባለው መጋዘን ማስረከብ አለበት፡፡
ናሙና ያልተጠየቀባቸው የኤሌክትሪክ እቃዎች የጥራት ጉድለት ወይም በዝርዝር መግለጫ (Specification) መሰረት ያልቀረቡ እቃዎችን ቅ/ጽ/ቤቱ ሳይረከብ ተመላሽ በማድረግ በዝርዝር መግለጫ መሰረት እንዲቀርብ ያደርጋል፡፡
ቅ/ጽ/ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብት የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡
