የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ 30,000 (ሰላሳ ሺህ ብር) በጋላፊ ጉምሩክ ቅ/ጽ/ቤት(Customs Commission Galafi Branch Office) ስም በማሰራት በe-GP በማያያዝ ጨረታው ከመዘጋቱ በፊት ጉምሩክ ኮሚሽን ዋና መ/ቤት መቯለኪያ ቅዱስ ዮሰፍ ትምህርት ቤት አጠገብ ይርጋ ሃይሌ ፕላዛ አራተኛ ፎቅ ግዥ ቢሮ በአካል አምጥቶ መስጠት ግዴታ ነው፡፡ ማንኛውም ተጫራች በጨረታ ላይ በመሳተፍ በምንም ምክንያት ውል ለመፈረም ፍቃደኛ አለመሆን በመንግስት ግዥ አፈጻጸም መመሪያ 1073/2017 መሰረት ተጠያቂነትን የሚያስከትል በመሆኑ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያውን ለመንግስት ገቢ ከማድረግ በተጨማሪ ያለ ምንም ቅድመ ሁኔታ የመንግስት ኤሌክትሮኒክስ ግዥ ለሚያስተዳድረው የመንግስት አካል ሪፖርት የሚደረግ በመሆኑ ተጫራቾች በጥንቃቄ መሳተፍ አለባቸው፡፡ አሸናፊ ተጫራች አሸናፊ የሆነባቸውን የደንብ ልብስና የስራ ደህንነት መጠበቂያ እቃዎች የትራንስፖትና ሌሎች ማንኛውም ወጪዎች በራሱ ሸፍኖ ጉምሩክ ኮሚሽን ዋና መ/ቤት መቯለኪያ ቅዱስ ዮሰፍ ትምህርት ቤት አጠገብ ይርጋ ሃይሌ ፕላዛ ግራውንድ ባለው መጋዘን ያስረክባል፡፡ ሁሉም ተጫራቾች በጨረታው የወጡ የደንብ ልብስና የስራ ደህንነት መጠበቂያ እቃዎች ናሙና የተጠቀባቸው እቃዎች በመሆኑ ጨረታው ከመዘጋቱ በፊት ጉምሩክ ኮሚሽን ዋና መ/ቤት መቯለኪያ ቅዱስ ዮሰፍ ትምህርት ቤት አጠገብ ይርጋ ሃይሌ ፕላዛ ግራውንድ ባለው መጋዘን የናሙና መረካከቢያ ኦርጅናል እና ኮፒ በመያዝ ናሙናዎችን ማስረከብ አለባቸው፡፡ ቅ/ጽ/ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብት የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡
