Siket Bank S.C has allocated a budget for the Maintenance work of FILIPHOS AND YEKA WOREDA 01 BRANCH OFFICE MAINTENANCE WORK with contract agreement. Therefore, the bank invites interested eligible bidders for the FILIPHOS AND YEKA WOREDA 01 BRANCH OFFICE MAINTENANCE WORK and other related facilities work by considering the following points;

1. Bidder must accompany their legal, technical & financial documents as per the bid document.

2. A complete set of bidding documents in English shall be purchased by interested bidders by non-refundable fee of Birr 1000 (one thousand birr).

3. The Bidder shall prepare and submit one original and one copy of the financial offer (Bid price Schedule) in separately sealed envelopes clearly marking each as “Original” & “Copy”.

4. The Bidder shall prepare and submit one original and one copy of the technical part of the bid in separately sealed envelopes clearly marking each as “Original”&”Copy”.

5. The Bidders shall submit the CPO or unconditional Bank Guarantee in a separate envelope clearly marking it as “bid guarantee” in the name of Siket Bank S.C.

6. The winning bidder must deposit 10% of the contract price as a Performance Security upon signing the contract.

7. The price must include value added tax (VAT).

8. The bidder shall submit Renewed Business License on the field and valid construction work certificates.

9. The contractor shall submit renewed category level of GC/BC 7 and above.

10. Valid tax clearance Certificate issued by the tax Authority for bid purpose and shall be registered in the PPA or eGP Suppliers List.

11. After the opening of the bid, if the winning bidders withdraw from the competition on their own accord, the bid security they reserved will be received by the bank.

12. Any bidder should be accompanied by bid security of 200,000/two hundred thousand birr/ in the form of CPO or unconditional bank guarantee.

13. After the winner is selected, the CPO or bid bond reserved for bid security will be returned to the losing bidders.

14. Interested bidders may obtain further information from 8:00 Am/2:00 Eth local time to 5:00 PM /11:00 Eth local time Monday-Saturday at working hours.

16. The bid will remain on air for 15 consecutive days starting from November 01/2026 G.C/Tikimit 22/2019 E.C.

17. Bid must be delivered at address below on or before November 16/2026 G.C/Hidar 07/2019 E.C at11:00 Am or 5:00 O’clock Eth Local Time/ 4th floor, office number 406.

18. Bid will be closed at 11:00 A.M or 5:00 O’clock Eth Local Time/ and opened at 11:30 or 5:30 o’clock Eth Local Time/ on November 16/2026 G.C/Hidar 07/2019 E.C

19. SIKET BANK S.C reserves the right to reject the bid partially or in full if there is better alternative.
