1. Development Bank of Ethiopia has invites interested and potential bidders for the procurement of Firewall License and Smart net Support Service Renewal Secure Firewall Management Center (FMC) License and Support Service Renewal and FortiSIEM Advanced agents License.
Therefore, interested bidders are required to submit together with their bid documents:
- Renewed trade license
- TIN Certificate (only for local Bidders)
- Suppliers Registration Certificate from PPA (only for local Bidders)
- VAT Registration (only for local Bidders)
- Tax Clearance Certificate (only for local Bidders)
2. Interested bidders may purchase a complete set of bidding documents beginning from November 02, 2026 upon the non-refundable fee of Birr 200.00 (Two Hundred Birr) or Equivalent amount in easily convertible currency to customer Accounts Transaction Services office, Tower II, Ground Floor & Collect the bid documents by softcopy through your Email or by flash disk from Procurement directorate at Kiyamed building 1st floor.
Bid security in the form of CPO or unconditional bank guarantee from recognized Bank.

3. Bids shall be submitted in to the bid box prepared for this purpose on or before November 18, 2026 at 10:00 A.M (4:00 local time) at Development Bank of Ethiopia Head office Tower I, Ground Floor.
4. Bids shall be opened in the above mentioned address, on November 18, 2026 at 10:05 A.M. (4:05 local time) In the presence of bidders and/or their authorized person.
5. Interested bidders may obtain further information from DBE Head office, Procurement Directorate Operational Division Team, Kiyamed Building, 1st floor, Tel. +251 11 557 8088, ext. 364(12.
6. Bidders should present their Financial & Technical documents (Original and Copy) separately in sealed envelope.
7. The language of the tender shall be English.
8. DBE reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
