Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of an Addressable Fire Alarm System

MASI Ethiopia Reproductive Choices is a non-governmental non-profit organization that has been providing Family Planning (PP) and Sexual and Reproductive Health (RH) services in Ethiopia since 1990 h vision is “Children by Choice. Not by Chance.” In line with this vision. MSI Ethiopia provides comprehensive family planning and reproductive health services through its static clinics, social franchising network and mobile outreach units.

MSI Ethiopia Reproductive Choices invites eligible, qualified. And experienced suppliers, system integrators, and authorized dealers to submit sealed bids for the Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of an Addressable Fire Alarm System.

Bid Requirements

1.Interested and eligible bidders may obtain the detailed bidding documents, technical specifications, and scope of work from the Reception Desk at MSI Ethiopia Head Office. located at Wollo Sefer. Ethio-China Road, in front of Tebaber Berta Building, during working hours starting from the first date of this announcement.

2. Bidding documents may be obtained upon payment of a non-refundable administrative fee of ETB 200 (Two Hundred Bir).

3. Bidders shall submit one Original and one Copy of their financial proposal in a sealed envelope and deposit it in the tender box designated for this purpose no later than 01 November 2026 at 10:00 AM.

4. Bidders shall submit copies of valid legal documents, including (Renewed Business License. TIN Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate, Evidence of tax compliance and any other relevant statutory registration documents.

5. The tender shall be opened on 16 November 2026 at 10:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their duly authorized representatives who wish to attend at the Conference Room of MSI Ethiopia Reproductive Choices.
